REGISTRATION

This is an informal event between friends (old and new) and the registration form is so we have a good idea of numbers, special accommodations that need to be made (ex: allergies), etc. Please fill out the registration form as soon as possible so we can have everything in order!

YOU MUST REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT IN ORDER TO ATTEND!

Children and pets are allowed, so feel free to bring the whole family!

Please include your name, email address and location in the appropriate fields.
Also, please include:
- How many people will be attending with you (list names, including children; list any pets)
- How many tents you will be bringing with you
- Any allergies, medical conditions we should know about or special accommodations which need to be made
- If you need a ride or can offer someone a ride
- If you need camping equipment or have camping equipment you can share
- Any comments or questions
